Three sandwich made with stone ground, unbleached wheat flour bread loaf filled with buffalo mozzarella, unrefined sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and a sprinkle of first cold pressing extra virgin olive oil; rolled in flour then into beaten eggs and finally pan fried in groundnut oil untiI golden crispy and the mozzarella all melted within. I personally love them even more with a sprinkle of Spanish smoked paprika dried by the smoke of oak wood...yummy! Can be served without Paprika upon request.
Also great as main meal accompanied with the lovely Autumn Salad... and I will add an extra Mozzarella in Carrozza!

The meal itself was very tasty and was delivered fresh and on time, however my only complaint was that the meal itself looked quite different to the image on the website. So more representative photographs and description would be a great help for future reference. Thanks. - Lydia,E2
