Beef rolls
Classic zrazy made of thin slices of chopped beef, which is flavored with salt, pepper, mustard, and stuffed with pickled cucumber and bacon. The stuffed meat is then twisted and secured with thread. After being fried in oil for a short period of time, the zrazy are placed in a casserole and stewed at a low temperature.
Prior to serving, the threads are removed. We served them with mushroom sauce (yes, including a lovely cooking juice from the meat) and gnocchi type dumplings.
