That was the best burger I've bought in London. No kidding. Before that, Byron burgers were the best I'd had. I prefer chunkier chips myself (would even consider offering a sweet potato frie option!) and the chilli mayo was very generous but not tangy enough (get in touch for my recipe;) Great chargrilled beef, pink on the inside, perfect garnish, delicious smoky bacon and great bread roll = win win.
