The best dish I've had at Housebites so far. Gill's beef stew could become more famous than Betty's hot pot! The lentil and broccoli salad was a glorious creation and with a really generous helping of delicious creamy mash I could barely squeeze in the spiced plums. Sublime. - Simon,E1

Average-good: somewhere in between. I hate giving negative feedback but the problem was it was cold and I really don't like having to microwave food when it was nearly £20 which for a 'takeaway' was fairly steep. The good news was it arrived on time and the 'very good' was the spiced plum and crème fraiche that was delicious! It was potentially the housebites bike as opposed Gills cooking which made it cold I would consider it again but it's not been as good as I thought it would be and because it was cold it was disappointing from the off...
