Now, I eat pork and I eat it regularly... in all my life I have not had pork like what Dan cooked for us! it fell apart, with a thick dark brown crust that was so tasty I nearly licked the container it came in!!! Then we had the sticky rice which was cooked perfectly and the freshness of the salad added a lovely crunch. This is the only takeaway menu we now need in our house. - Patrick,BN3
