After recently receiving a flyer we thought we'd give this a try. Great alternative to traditional take away, Restaurant quality at home. Everything arrived in separate pots, which you then dish up. Risotto (Orzotto) was very nice, and the Lamb Tagine wasn't anything I've had before and was really tasty. Felt pleasantly full without being bloated. All in all a good experience, one which I'm sure we'll use again. Thanks Becky :) - James,BN3

The service was exemplary, the food was amazing. The portion size was generous, there was an incredible attention to detail, more food than we even ordered, the lasagne was gorgeous and they were the best brownies I have ever had! This is a great idea for a bit of variety on the takeaway and so much nicer than those 'meal deals' at the supermarket. Becky was very nice and accommodating to our special requests. The dinners were lovely. The deserts were ok (treacle tart had a great flavour, but was very hard; raspberry tart was too much cream for our taste). Every time we saw that lasagna was available from Becky it was already sold out so tonight we were pleased to see it still available. There was only 1 meaty one left so I had the vegetable alternative and I hate to say it but we were unimpressed. It tasted relatively bland and uninspiring, the salad and garlic bread were nice and the brownie and little extras were sweet but the main focus for us really wasn't good enough, sorry. - Christopher,BN2

The food was delivered with an award winning smile and slightly early too - which certainly was no bad thing. The lasagne was a substantial portion and was pretty good, I`ll be trying the meaty one next time. The salad was fresh and the balsamic dressing was delivered separately which I thought was a nice touch. Bread and butter pudding came with a wonderfully light but creamy sauce, I`ll not ruin the surprise but it had real vanilla! The brownie was a lovely surprise and was honestly the best brownie I have ever tasted (and I've tried a few!) Looking forward to the next meal already. - Steve,BN3

Becky's food is always fresh and wonderful, with generous portions and delivered with a smile. My butternut squash and goat's cheese tart and brioche bread and butter pudding were particularly delicious this time, and my boyfriend cleaned his plate of the warming Moroccan fish stew. As we are both vegetarians, it seems that getting a really flavousome alternative to our own cooking is difficult. This was proved to us as the food was quite bland and lacked any really good flavour. The cous-cous was delicately flavoured with a minimal amount of herbs, but the bean dish was very uninspiring!It was a bit dry for my taste but the vegetables were cooked to a lovely texture. It was like something I would cook up for a quick meal during the week! We wanted something a bit special as it was our wedding anniversary and we were both tired from work, so it served the function of filling us up! There was enough for two meals for 2 of us! The deserts were good especially the fruit compote. The lemon drizzle cake was a bit stodgy but tasty.The cheesecake was very good, but again the Bailey flavour was very, very subtle! As another customer pointed out the packaging is excessive even if it is recyclable.It was good value for the money and we were given an extra bit of chocolate brownie which was lovely.She had struggled to find our house so it was quite late when we got it.(Closer to 9pm than 8.30!) We've now had two fabulous dinners from Becky – fresh, tasty, substantial, reasonably priced and delivered with a sunny smile. It's particularly brilliant for us as I'm a veggie and my partner eats meat, so we both get lovely dinners with no compromises when we can't be bothered (me) or have time (him) to cook – or just when we fancy a treat. Thank you for a wonderful supper! My husband and I ordered a three course meal from Becky last night, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The mackerel pate was a perfect starter, and the fish pie was really rich and creamy - it had a homecooked, comforting feel. Just what we needed after a busy week at work! The portions were very generous indeed, and we loved the way everything was presented in cute little boxes. We even got a complimentary chocolate brownie which was a lovely surprise!
