Hello, I'm Scott! I’m really excited about producing excellent quality food that will rise above the usual Friday-night style of take-out food. What I’d really like to do is build up a fun and local clientèle; people I can serve and relate to on a “foodie” level.
My knowledge of different types of Cuisine is extensive, and I cook food from around the world for a hungry and very appreciative family at home. I often get asked to cater for weddings and friends’ parties.
I am a professional chef and have loved and worked with food for over 20 years. I was born in Sydney, but was raised in Scotland, starting out as a young apprentice in hotels in Edinburgh. My background also includes restaurants, and for the last 15 years, Corporate and Private Event catering in London, glitz and glamour and huge numbers.
Although my culinary education is firmly based in traditional French Cuisine, my range of dishes extends to all parts of the globe. The different menus that I look forward to creating for Housebites will reflect my passion for produce that is seasonal, fresh and appealing at an affordable price
