Hello, I'm Pascal! I grew up in Normandy, France. I spent my childhood helping my father gardening. Later, as a teenager, I would spend my time cooking, preparing our tasty, home-grown fruit and vegetables, and doing more gardening, instead of running after the girls!
Since then, I spent every second of my time cooking at home, until I eventually opened my own restaurant, 'Bistrot Passage Cafe', in Clerkenwell in 2007.
I love cooking, because it means I can eat all the time (I'm very greedy!). I like to share my passion for food by cooking for people, so they can have that same special moment as I do. Because sitting around the food-filled table with friends and family, eating for hours, is my favourite hobby.
