Hello, I'm Neil! I love cooking and creating my own recipes, and have worked in catering for over a decade. My girlfriend and I grow veg and fruit in our garden, as well as looking after our hens - Josephine and Jemima. I always cook with eggs from the hens, and use produce from the garden whenever possible. I like cooking in the knowledge that my veg has had no chemicals or travel miles involved in its growth, and that my eggs are from hens that are fed healthily and looked after well.
I'm a self-taught cook, taking inspiration from the restaurants I have worked in Front-of-House. Each summer, I manage restaurants at events such as The Open Golf, Hampton Court Flower Show, Lord's Cricket Ground, Silverstone Grand Prix etc, and this year will be running a restaurant in the Olympic Park over the summer.
