Monika & Irena

Hello, we're Irena and Monika! We're mother and daughter, both passionate about food and learning from each other how to make a tasty meal even more tasty.

Irena had a catering business in her native Poland. She excels in more traditional cuisine, especially Polish. Monika is engaged in food industry professionally, from a market research perspective, and brings more international flavour to her cooking.

We might alter classic recipes and replace some ingredients with quality products from Poland to achieve a unique taste, but we will mention it in the meal descriptions. We will be introducing less known traditional Polish dishes, too, with or without a modern twist! Unusual, flavoursome soups are one of our specialities.
