Hello, I'm Laurent! I am an award-winning French chef with over 20 years experience in fine dining and gourmet food.
I've worked as a personal chef in the Caribbean, U.S and UK, and at some of the best restaurants in the UK and France, including No 1 Lombard Street, L'Oranger in Mayfair, and L'Aventure in St Johns Wood.
I'm also a chocolatier and create my own, handmade, fine chocolates and truffles under the name Chocololo. You can order my chocolates through Housebites or in person at Portobello Fine Food Market every weekend. You can find out more on www.chocololo.com.
I have won several awards for the taste and presentation of my food at the Journee Gastronomique de Sologne, a two-day extravaganza, where professional chefs test their skills against one another.
My food and chocolates are inspired by Provence and Corsica, where I grew up, and I'd love to share these wonderful Mediteranean tastes with you.
