Hello, I'm Jean! I was inspired to become a chef while growing up in rural France, having been taught to cook by my parents and grandparents.
After graduating from cookery school in France, I moved to England, where I have since spent 12 years working as a chef. I have worked in restaurants, 5 Star hotels and many other, different cooking environments, and therefore have a lot of cheffing experience.
I hope that you enjoy what I make for you; I always cook the things that I would enjoy eating, and so from that perspective, I think my food should hopefully please you!
