Hello, I'm Gladys! Although I was born in Paris, I am originally from the French West Indies.
I grew up in Martinique at my grandmother's seafood restaurant; it was there that I carefully observed her amazing cooking, and caught her passion for food.
Having graduated with a French degree in Hotels and Catering, I then moved straight to London, where I began my exciting career as a chef, working in gourmet restaurants and hotels, and catering at private events alongside other fascinating chefs. This helped me to learn various culinary techniques, which I enjoy blending into my menus.
I cook using only the best, freshest ingredients, which creates good quality, delicious food.
