Hello, I’m Fabio! I was born and raised in London to Italian parents, and grew-up on good, fresh, home-cooked food, eating lots of salads, herbs and vegetables - most of them home-grown, too.
After finishing catering college, I trained at the Savoy, with a stint in Paris, and eventually moved to Italy, where I discovered the amazing food of the South and Sicily. Over the years, I have travelled more extensively and learned about the flavour combinations, herbs and spices of different cuisines; I have a particular love of East and South East Asian food.
In the past, I've worked as a cookery tutor and event caterer. I source my produce from the wonderful markets of the capital, choosing the best, most sustainable ingredients I can.
I hope to share my love of food with you, and deliver you meals you'll really enjoy.
