Hello, I'm Ed! Growing up on a working farm in rural Suffolk, I have always been used to traditional, wholesome food. Having mastered the art of traditional dishes, I now like to put a twist on the ordinary, creating unique meals which encompass the different cuisines I've come across whilst travelling the world and exploring multi-cultural London.
The experimental approach that I take has led me to discover some incredibly powerful flavours. I aim to source most ingredients from London growers and suppliers, and my menu is also complemented by my own garden produce. I have learnt a freestyle approach to cooking that expresses my own enthusiasm and passion for food.
