Hello, I'm Danny! I've been cooking for over 7 years and have honed my skills in Restaurants and Hotels in the south west of England such as Bailbrook House in Bath, The Dogs in Edinburgh and have worked as far afield as America and Australia
I am new to the capital and am constantly inspired by my new environment, for me Hackney is the perfect place to be with great food markets, butchers, fishmongers and of course lots of foodies to sample my cooking.
