Hello, I'm Brian! From a very young age, I remember being interested in food and cooking with my mother; baking cakes and fresh bread with her is a very fond memory of mine.
I have now been working as a professional chef for ten years. After finishing catering college, I worked in various well established venues, ranging from gastro pubs to fine dining rossette restaurants. I also competed in many culinary and culinary art competitions.
