see reviews...Bonjour! My name is Bonner and I am a chef with 7 years of experience, specialising in French fine cuisine. I was born in England but raised in the sunny region of Avignon, in the South of France.
After learning all the basics of French cuisine at the catering school of Marseille, I decided to continue learning from the best in the business so I moved to Lyon, the capital of French Gastronomy.
I worked in a Michelin star restaurant for a year and although it was very hard work, I picked up a considerable amount of practical skills and further knowledge, and developed a perfectionist approach to my own cooking.
In order to widen my horizons, I then moved to Montreal, where I worked as a chef in a semi gastro restaurant. This gave me a different perspective on the profession, offering me the chance to import my French training abroad, as well as expanding my palette and giving me new ideas for my dishes.
After a short stay in France, I came to London, where I worked in Richmond for one year, before working at the French gastronomy icon “Bibendum” in Central London.
From a very young age, my mother passed on to me her strong passion for gourmet food. I watched her cook incredible meals everyday, and then fine-tuned my understanding of true French flavours by following her guidance and preparing her favourite dishes myself. This played a strong part in my decision to become a professional chef. My greatest pleasure is to share my passion for French cuisine, and I look forward to having the opportunity to cook for you.
