Hello, I'm Anthony! I have been a chef for over 20 years, working for some of the top hotels and restaurants in Yorkshire, Oxford and London, including Livebait Cafe Fish and Gaucho Grill. I've also worked for Raymond Blanc's Brassiere Blanc in Oxford. All this experience has helped to develop my culinary techniques.
Coming from five generations of chefs, my cooking life started when I was 11 years old, when I was taught the basic skills of cooking by my Mum and Nan.
I have a passion for cooking with the best ingredients, and working closely with local suppliers. I hope to pass this passion on to my customers, when they try my modern-style cuisine.
